Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cecil Perkins of Ingram, Texas, born in Haslet, Texas, who passed away at the age of 84, on December 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin T. Perkins and Ruby L. Perkins; his former wife Edie Perkins; and his daughter Terri Perkins Bregenzer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perkins; his daughter Joyce Lancaster; his siblings, Bobbie Feldman, Joann McDonald, Charles Perkins and Donald Counts; his grandchildren, Brian, Alex Bregenzer and Dena Behringer (Randy); his great grandchild Eugene Phillips (Denise); and also, Mark Bregenzer, Meloney Yates, Eric Joy and James Joy. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
