She is survived by: her son Kole Clayton; her nephews, Angel and Jaedyn Layne; her children, Noah and Hailey; her husband Randy Culwell; her sisters, Ashley, Amy, Alaina (Paul) and Alison (Matthew); her father Raymond; her grandfather John Ainsworth Sr.; and her stepfather Neil Warner.
