He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Vaden and Kenner Vaden; and his son Leslie "Hump" Vaden. He is survived by: his daughter Betty Vaden; his siblings, James Vaden (Karen), Robert Vaden (Sharon), Cecil "Bo" Vaden, Kenneth "Duke" Vaden, Billy Jo Vaden, Elizabeth Vaden, Ada Owens and Sherri Smithwick (Luke); and his grandchildren, Phillip Glud, Lee Ann Techur (Jeff), Kayla Glud, Logan Vaden, Lesley Vaden, Laney Vaden and Luke Ryan Vaden.
