He was predeceased by: his father Frank Howard Billman; his aunt Shirley Fahrenthold; his uncles, Floyd L Fahrenthold and Donnie McCrory; and his grandparents, Elizabeth B., Donald H. McCrory, Alice and John Billman.
He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Ann Billman (McCrory) of Ingleside, Texas; his brother Frank "Todd" Billman of Ingleside, Texas; his stepsister Shawn Scott of Woodsville; his nephews, Chase and Nicholas Billman; and his niece Brittany Billman.
