He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Flournoy; and his grandparents, Cecil and Janice Flournoy. He is survived by: his father David Flournoy; his wife Steffanie Flournoy; his children, Ashley, Amber, Autumn and Tommy; his siblings, Tammy Flournoy and Keith Moore; his brother-in-law Jason Wilson; and his sisters, Laura Walraven and Krysta Perry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
