He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Jo Otwell. He is survived by: his father Terry, Sr. Otwell; his children, Kristan [Trey] Turnbough, Terri [Ryan] Whitley, Darren Otwell and Jackie Otwell; his siblings, Larry [Angie] Otwell and Julie [Nigel] Thorburn; his grandchildren, Annistyn and Grady Whitley; and his friends, Alex Veliz, Romeo Garcia and Daniel Jimenez. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

“I just found out today that Terry passed away! I’ve known Terry since he was a young kid living in Gregory. Last time I saw him was probably 20 plus years ago. He’ll be missed, but not forgotten. To his wife and family I’m so sorry for your loss! I can’t imagine what your going through. To Terry Sr, (Emma Jo who’s in heaven), Larry and Julie it’s hard to believe he’s gone at such a young age.
