Richard E. Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Richard E. Phelps (Ingleside, Texas). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Phelps and Jessie Mae Skinner Phelps; his wife Leela; his son Pat; and his siblings, Chrystel Edwards, Alma Tamburin, Edna Mathis, Gladys Sughrue and Alfred Phelps.
He is survived by: his daughter Christy Taylor (Bob); his daughter-in-law Helena Phelps; and his granddaughters, Jeri Kaye Parker (Kenneth), Deena Jones (Billie) and Megan Parker (Thomas). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and two great-great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Richard's name to the Ingleside UMC.
