He was predeceased by: his mother Adele Mills (Watson); and his brother Billy Joe Mills. He is survived by: his father Raymond Mills; his wife Melania Mills of Ingleside, Texas; his children, Angel Raymond Mills, Rex Mills of Ingleside, Texas, Ben Mills, Diamond Mills of Ingleside, Texas, Melissa Ann Brewer (Michael) of Alabama and Yvonne Ramos; and his brother Roy Mills (Shandra) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
