Polasek, Jr. (Karen), David Glenn Polasek (Diana), Edward Louis Polasek (Cathy), Joseph Anthony Polasek, Robert John Polasek, Sr. (Cheryl), Marcus Wayne Polasek (Nancy) and Benjamin Patrick Polasek (Kim). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
