She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Crooks and Lena Crooks; her husband Terry Breithaupt; and her siblings, Leslie Crooks, Julian Crooks, Lawrence Crooks, Doris Doughty, Irma Callender and Mary Graham.
She is survived by: her sisters, Glenda Johnson and Brenda Deville; her children, Lana Baskin (John) and Don Breithaupt (Joni); her granddaughters, Jill Parker (Rodney), Hilary Huerta (Jacob) and Shelby Breithaupt (Alan); and her great grandchildren, Derek Parker (Jessa), Trevor Parker (Erica), Jayce Huerta, Brody Briggs, Jolee Huerta and Alexis Huerta. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
