She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel (Ismael); her son Ruben; her grandson Simon, Jr.; and her children, Fred Garza (Mary), Simon Garza (Linda), Sabas Garza, Arturo Garza, Ernest Garza, Daniel Garza (Lillie), Joe Garza, Guadalupe Cortes and Rita Villarreal. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
