He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Matthews and Barnum L. Matthews; and his siblings, Glynn, Ida Lea Reynolds, Lanette Nolte, Alli and Humphrey.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Sherri Tringali (Mike) of Aransas Pass, TX and Jeannie Dyer (Chris) of Leander, TX.; his grandchildren, Michael, Cameron, Ashton Tringali, Ashley Dyer and McKenna Dyer; and his great grandchildren, Domonic Tringali and Amelia Tringali. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
