He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Mae Edwards Miller and Jim Miller; his siblings, Dorotha Wright and June Holt; and his granddaughters, Alyson Miller and Aimee Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Miller; his sister Gail Marie Thompson; his sons, David Miller (Lisa) and Jim Miller (Bart Floerke); his grandchildren, Nathan Miller (Ashley), Nick Miller (Ashley) and Abby Floerke; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Carson, Reynolds and Hayes.
