He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampton Howell O'Neill and Beatrice Moore O'Neill; his son Roland Dean O'Neill; and his brother Bill O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Ida Ruth Doreck O'Neill; his son Lance Eugene O'Neill (Maria Garcia); his grandchild Lindsie O'Neill Almquist (Cody Almquist); his great grandchildren, Ellis and Briggs Almquist; his siblings, Micheal "Mickey" O'Neill and Glenn O'Neill; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie O'Neill, Bea Doreck Ramsey, LaVern Simmons, Katherine Doreck, Joe Doreck and Tinker Ramsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.
