He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jane Pike Slayton of Ingleside; his sons, Ronnie Slayton (Heather) of Ingleside and Randy Slayton of Portland; his daughter-in-law Aimee Jaunal of Houston; his siblings, George Beard of West Virginia, Michael Meadows of North Carolina and Margaret Ann Barb of West Virginia; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Beki, Maddie and Princess Jewel.
