He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floys (Bill) and Mattie Marie Isaacks. He is survived by: his wife Jo Isaacks; his sister Sharon Wegner (Guil); his daughters, Kim Bius (Ben), Carrie Scruggs (Dean) and Kristi McElroy (Danny); and his grandchildren, Cole Stewart, Regann Lowell, Clayton Scruggs, Hunter McElroy and Cody Scruggs.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes & Crematory - Aransas Pass (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Prairie View Cemetery (4424 FM 1069, Aransas Pass, TX 78336).
