He is survived by: his mother Lucia Foster of Ingleside, Texas; and his siblings, Tommy Bowers (Dawn) of Virginia, Joe Glen Rodriguez (Cathy) of Aransas Pass, Texas, Harold Lee Foster, Jr. (Karen) of Ingleside, Texas, Mary Ann Sellers (Ramon) and Dolores Salinas (Oscar) of Ingleside, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews.
