He is survived by: his wife Rita Vasquez; his children, David Max Vasquez (Yvette) of Ingleside, TX, Cynthia Jimenez (Fidel) of Pasco and Melissa Vasquez of Ingleside, TX.; his grandchildren, Angelita Mia Jimenez, Emilio Max Vasquez, Emiliano Max Vasquez, Rozlynn Benina Vasquez and Tristan Max Jimenez; and his siblings, Agustin Perez, Ivan Perez, Omar Perez, Rosalinda Ramirez and Lidia Perez.
