She was predeceased by: her father George Jackson. She is survived by: her mother Michi "Memaw" Jackson (Hirai); her sisters, Michelle Minshew and K. Kaye Jackson Galla; her boyfriend Ron Bierbaum; her children, Pete "Punkin" (Christina Moreno) and Paige Moreno (Jermaine Walton); and her grandchildren, Destanie, Averie, Jorden, Kendal and Kenji.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy's wishes were for donations to be made towards a memorial fund for her grandchildren.
