He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Wayne Miller and Ellen Maxine Hanson Miller; and his sisters, Earlyne and Darlyne. He is survived by: his wife Debi; his brothers, Wayne Brooks Miller (Jean Carol) and Darrell Bruce Miller (Patricia); his brother-in-law Robert Lee Rowe (Cynthia); and his nieces and nephews, Necia Marie Aynes (Andrew), Douglass Wayne Miller (Kristina), Sara Jean Antonetz (Nate), Brittany Diane Bennett Mancill (Daryll), Holly J'nette Wiliams (Matthew) and Brooke Ellen Coplin (Mark). He is also survived by four great nieces and nine great nephews.
Upon graduation from Calallen High School in 1975, he enrolled at Del Mar College and began preparing a foundation for the rest of his life.
