She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Sullivan and Frances M. Sullivan; and her brother Mark A. Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Raymond W. Carroll; her daughters, Melissa A. Carroll (Art) and Mary A. Chrisman (Josh); her stepson James R. Carroll; her grandchildren, Emory N. Chrisman, Owen M. Chrisman and Hayden B. Berlanga; and her siblings, Joseph P. Sullivan (Grace), Mary E. Tonet (Cornelius), Kathleen E. Nicholson (Earl), Matthew P. Sullivan (Teri) and John F. Sullivan.
