He is survived by: his children, Andrew Jr., Anna, Isaac and Dezi; his wife Melissa; his father Rusty Walker; his stepmother Sandra McCrummen Walker; and his siblings, Henry (Sharon), Rudy (Lisa), Gilbert (Kaitlyn), Christi (Charlie), Ashley (Rusty), Raelynn, Nicole, Candace and Emily.
