He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louise Franke and Wilbert B. Frank Sr.; his former wife Sue Eckermann Peschel; his wife Debbie; his children, Jason Frank (Kelly), Chri, Kley Brokmeyer (Lisa) and Cody Brokmeyer (Gail); his grandchildren, Felicia, Alexander (Jason), Tyler Frank, Ryan, Jeremy Quinton, Cameron, Natalie Cegielski, Wyatt Brokmeyer and Wells Shelton; his great grandchildren, Eric Alexander and Alexander; and his sisters, Carol Gilbert and Dorothy Gross.
With broken hearts, the family was not able to be with him because of COVID-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for contributions to Industry United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's organization.
