She was predeceased by: her father Lilburn Ernest Meier. She is survived by: her mother Dolores Hurtig Meier; her brothers, Lyle (Bonnie Meier), Kenan (Ken) and Tracy Meier; her niece Linsey Angus (Peter); and her nephew Joe Meier. She is also survived by numerous cousins, co-workers, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Welcome Lutheran Church (13636 FM109, Brenham, TX 77833).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice Brazos Valley, 302 E. Blue Bell Rd., Brenham, TX 77833.
