He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred J. Peschel, Sr. and Kay Peschel; his siblings, Wilfred "Bill" Peschel, Jr. and Wanda Kay Peschel Wiktorik; his father-in-law Arthur Arning; and his nephews, Sydney Duane Pepper and Benjamin Garrett Arning.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Kay Peschel Bass (Kevin) and Wesley O'Brien Peschel (Amanda); his son-in-law Kevin; his wife Peggy Anne Arning Peschel; his grandchildren, Grace Anne Bass, Drew Douglas Bass, Ella Kay Peschel and Nelson O'Brien Peschel; his stepgrandchildren, Skylar Dawn Kruse and Kip Mason Kruse; his siblings, Debra Ann Peschel Kollman (Dale) and John Dean Peschel; his mother-in-law Loretta Arning; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Otto Wiktorik, Linda Mikeska Peschel, Patsy Anne Pepper (Pat) and Wayne Allen Arning (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
