It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Douglas Marek of Industry, Texas, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Marek and Vida Marek (Rinn) of Industry; his parents-in-law, Bill and Tina Lyth; his sister Shirley; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Plemons and Bill Lyth.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Lyth of Bellville; his children, Stephen Marek of Nelsonville and Melissa (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kenzie, Haley and Noah Mueller of Burton; his brother Jay Lee Marek (Beverly) of Mason; his stepmother Flora Marek of Industry; his sister-in-law Donna Lyth of Bellville; and his friend Bellville Methodist Church. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
