He is survived by: his wife Sabra Robinson; his children, Penny Harkey (Mike), Teddy, Johnny (Sandy) and Tommy (Margaret); his grandchildren, Tanner (Angela), Tyler Cook (Carson), Kristin Benavidez, Karen Cook, Hailee Roberts (J. R.), Sharon Rhodes (Ryan), Mary Catherine, Jude and Gus Cook; his siblings, Pat Dewitt and Terry Cook; and his pet Prissy. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
