He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lynn McMillian; his son Andrew McMillian of Idalou; his parents, Tom McMillian and Connie McMillian of Lubbock; his siblings, Tom McMillian Jr. (Karen) and Terri Ashby (Gary); his mother-in-law Lois Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Monica Sewell (Greg), Angie Gibson (Donny) and Darrell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
