It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Eleanor Robinson in Hutto, Texas, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Horatio Simmonds and Rachel Simmonds; her sister Hyacinth; her brother-in-law John Joseph; her brother John Simmonds; her nephews, Richard Joseph and Dennis O. Simmonds; and her pet Poppy.

She is survived by: her sister Helaine Simmonds of Boston; her sister-in-law Catherine Green Simmonds of Mashpee, Mass; her children, Daryl (Ann Robinson), Wayne (Ju Shih Robinson), Robyn (Emilio Ramos) of Austin, Texas and Jylle Joyner of Pflugerville, Texas; her granddaughter Ashley Robinson of Austin, Texas; her great grandchild Ashlyn Robinson of Austin, Texas; her pet Shadow; and also Jamaica. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives, and good friends.
