He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Rios (Leal) and Jose B. Rios; and his siblings, Joe Jr., Gregory Rios and Inez Alba.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse of Hutto, Andrew Sr. of Hutto, Johnny (Isabel) of Hutto, Benjamin Rios of Hutto, Roy (Cindy), Hector Rios of Round Rock, Manuel Rios (Claudia) of Leander and Anna Rocha of Taylor; and his nephews, Jose Alba, Jonathan, Christopher Rocha, Jacob Rios, Eric Cortez and Fredy Castro (Isador Munoz). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and the loves of his life his numerous great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
