He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Coon (Garibay); and his sisters, Anita Ohler and Kathy Vulgamore. He is survived by: his father William Coon of Kingman, KS; his sons, Nathan Coon (Grace) of Austin, TX and Todd Coon of Austin, TX; his siblings, Mike Coon of Hutchinson, KS, Jim Coon of Kingman, KS, Nicki Harders of Pawnee Rock, KS, Mary Pond of Murdock, KS, Esther Brewster of Clearwater, KS, Jennifer Vulgamore of Norwich, KS and Phyllis Coon-Pease of Manhattan, KS.; and his grandchildren, Henry and Margaret Coon.
