He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Bell Melancon and Lawrence Rolland Sr.; his brothers, Lawrence Rolland Jr. and Wallace Rolland; his son Leonard Locure; and his sister Linda Rolland.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Rolland; his children, Crystal Locure, Jasmine Paiz (Felix) and Terrence Rolland; his siblings, James Taylor, Gary Rolland, Wilbert Baptiste, Loren Baptiste, Velma Price, Leola Rolland and Chinwa Rolland; and his grandchildren, Raven Lyons, Ashlyn Williams, Adrianne Williams, Wayne Williams III and Alicia Paiz.
