He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Hartzog, Joy Hartzog Hughes, Cliff Hughes, Woodrow Cook (Woody) and Elmo Bagby.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Hartzog and Janet Hartzog; his sisters, Candace Pulliam (Larry) of Port Neches, Jaime Durrett (Quenton) of Huffman and Heather Hartzog of Hutto; his grandmother Vida Mae Bagby; his nieces, Brennah Hairston, Alexis Durrett and Kynslee Bovino; and his nephew Jett Durrett.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to: FAR- Foundation of Alcoholism Research or Foundation for the Homeless Arrangements are under the care of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
