He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Horace Barnes and Edie Ozelle Barnes (Maynard); his children, Linda Hyden, Randy Hyden and Russell Hyden; and his wife Audrey Barnes (Hyden).
He is survived by: his children, Jonell Clawson (Hyden), Tracie Frazier, April Barnes and Devon Barnes; his grandson Danny; his brother Bernie Barnes; his grandson Austin Barnes; and his siblings, Daniel Clawson, Mary Poole and John Barnes. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
