He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, Randall Thomas of Austin and Richard Todd (Denice); his granddaughters, Daisy Paige and Annie Reed Thweatt of Pflugerville; his sister LaNette Hopkins (Mike) of Maysfield; and his sister-in-law Aleda Thweatt Johnson (Charlie) of Austin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
