He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodburn and Helen Marie Doughtie (Toney); and his sister Margaret Arlene Humphrey. He is survived by: his half-sister Debra Doughtie Stephenson; his niece Rachelle Elaine Cassell; and his nephew Russell Rentfro, III. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family members.
