She is survived by: her husband Brad McNulty; her daughter Erin; her son-in-law David Hailey; her daughter Sloan; her son-in-law Shane Ammon; her brother Bart Baldwin; her grandchildren, Grant, Hayes, Dylan Hailey, Penny and Charlotte Ammon; and her sister Jodi Jeffords.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the following charities: American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and/or Texas Health Resources (Harris Methodist Downtown Fort Worth) Floor 7 for the purpose of equipment.
