He is survived by: his spouse Dee McCullough; his children, Mike McCullough (Yadira), Tom McCullough (Jill) and Merry Milliken (Steve); his grandchildren, Luke McCullough, Abigail Sharp (Zac), Ethan McCullough, Drew McCullough, Brady McCullough, Jake Milliken and Landry Milliken; and his sisters, Jane Gerlach and Joan Markwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
