He is survived by: his mother LaWanda Osborn; his wife Annette; his children, Jenny (James), Jordan (Megan) and Alisha (Danny); his siblings, David, Christi (Terry) and Suzan (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Cheyan, Brooke, Eric, Brittany, Hannah (John), Emily, Will, Adam (Kelly), Harley, Hayden and Leo; and also, Clayton, Clark, Sam, Joe, Tyler and Tenley. He is also survived by numerous brother and sister-in laws, extended family, and friends.
