He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mehaffey and Eddith Mehaffey; and his wife Betty Ann. He is survived by: his children, Ty Mehaffey (Janie), Jody Mehaffey (Bill Horan) and Gina Baker (Chad); his grandchildren, Kristie Watford, Chase Baker, Chandler Baker and Jared Baker; his great grandchild River Watford; and his siblings, Jenice Bacon, Sue Thompson and Terry Mehaffey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
