He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Scroggins and Annie Scroggins; and his wife Dorothy Rieger. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Dulworth (Terry), Dennis Scroggins (Lynn) and Karen Nelson (Eric); his grandchildren, Clinton Dulworth (Andrea), Gregory Dulworth (Jennifer), Candace Scroggins-Goding (Mel), Ryan Scroggins (Lindsay), Sara Milligan (Mitchell) and Steven Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Ella Dulworth, Avery Dulworth, Aria Dulworth, Samuel Kinsey, Jaxon Dulworth, Michael Scroggins, Tyler Scroggins, Heidi Jo Milligan and Wesley Milligan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to restrictions at the cemetery, in lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made in Norman's name to the Presbyterian Night Shelter or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
