He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Andrew Neat (Alicia Michele Neat) and Lisa Jamielle Kilgore; his siblings, Andrea Neat (Jeff Hogbin), Michelle Neat and Jacob H. W. Neat (Tiffany Neat); his nephews, Caleb, Reece and Mason Hogbin; and his grandfather James C. Kilgore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and a large family of friends.
