She is survived by: her son David Goolsby Jr. (Jennifer) of Euless; her granddaughter Brittney Odom (Cameron) of Breckenridge; and her siblings, Wanda Madera (Bob) of Fort Worth, TX, Kathy Prunty (Joe) of Stephenville, TX and Kenneth Smithhart of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.
