It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxie Wayne Sledge in Hurst, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roe Wayne and Elizabeth Charlyne Sledge. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Peña (David) and Haley Florence (Joshua); his sister Julia Rosol (Joe); his nieces, Mandy Howard and Ashley Theiman (Ben); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton, Cooper, Mason, Jackson and Maddison; and also Landon.
