He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Bishop and Dora Metcalf; and his wife Evelyn Carter. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla (James Wilson), Jana (Hal Heyer) and Darlena Gay (Randy Farnsworth); and his grandchildren, Scott Wilson, Chellee Knight, April Hulin and Marc Vestal.
