She is survived by: her father Floyd Thomas Howell; her son Justin S. Rarick of Hurst, Texas; her daughter-in-law Amber Staine of Hurst, Texas; her mother Agnes Howell (Neal) of Pennville, Indiana; and her siblings, Keith Howell (Geneveb) of Portland, Indiana, Steve Howell (Debbie) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Susan Howell (Andrew Shilling) of Muncie, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
