With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Samuel Carr (Hurst, Texas), who passed away on December 21, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lester Car and Cleo Faye Carr; and his sisters, Effie Lou Hulsey and LaNelle Phillps. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jo Carr; his daughters, Samantha Rae Carter of Lawton, OK, Jennifer Gwen Kenney of Hurst, Leslie Jo Mendoza (Tony) of Lubbock, TX, Gina Kaye Greene of Wilmington, NC and Courtney Renee; his siblings, Thomas "Bud" Carr of Chickasha, OK and Sue Sullins (Roy); and his grandchildren, Krystal (Brock), Robbie, Jessica, Brye, Matthew, Hannah, Scott, Kendall and Madison.
