He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Goldston and Lucy Goldston; his brother Bill Goldston; and also Jerry Goldston. He is survived by: his wife Ann Goldston; his sons, Kevin (Kelly) of Belton and Wayne of San Antonio; and his siblings, Sharon Wilson of Dalhart, Fred Goldston of Lubbock, Jim Goldston of Memphis, Madison Goldston, Paige Goldston, Andrew Goldston, Holden Goldston and Reid Goldston.
