As we bid John farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For John is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his sons, Jeff Fitch and Jay Fitch (Marcy); and his grandchildren, Sarah Mann (Leo), John Fitch (Sydney), Matthew Fitch, Abi, Jacob Fitch (Macy) and Hannah Fitch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home - Hurst (1321 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76053). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
