He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bailey and Gladys Bailey; and his siblings, Richard Bailey and Phamie Finch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bailey; his children, Beverly Braswell, Karen Harbison, Lynn Bailey, Jennifer Van Milligan and Ryan Bailey; and his stepchildren, Katie Shawver and James Gilbert. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter and was looking forward to three more great grandchildren.
